About the author!
Gideon Bentata is a proud Gibraltarian who has lived in Spain, the UK, Israel, and Canada, yet has always considered Gibraltar to be his true 'home.' A graphic designer, writer, recording artist and entrepreneur, growing up on "The Rock" gave Gideon a deep appreciation for Gibraltar’s unique history, culture, and natural beauty, which all contributed to the creation of this book. ‘I Live On The Rock!’ is a heartfelt project designed to educate and delight young readers while celebrating the charm of Gibraltar. Made to give kids in Gibraltar something magical and uniquely theirs—a book that captures the charm of their hometown, Gideon hopes young readers will see their everyday surroundings reflected in its pages and cherish it as a celebration of their special home.
